Unprofessional Lawyer. Brian J McAuliffe has his office in Martinsburg, WV. His offices are ok, there was no one there to greet when I entered his office and I had to stay there and wait for someone to come and help me. The first meeting was not very informative and he acted as if I was bothering him. I had the meeting to discuss my upcoming bankruptcy. After the meeting I faxed all the additional information he ask for and waited for him to contact me. After two days, I call his office to ask if he got the information, but I only got someone that told me that he was busy. I asked for him to call me back, It didn't happen. I tried to call several times during the next couple of weeks, but were never able to reach him again. I ended up going to another lawyer to help me. Brian J McAuliffe wasted a lot of my time and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress during my financial hardship. It was very unprofessional of him to not let me know that he didn't want to take my case. You should look for another lawyer if you need some friendly and professional help.
