Plenty of parking, plenty of workout space and plenty of money still in my pocket! Image 2000 is great! These other new places opening up everywhere you look like 7/11's, are easy come, easy go places. Half of them don't even last. Image 2000 has been here for as long as I can remember and it's still going strong! If u want the real deal without any hassle, Image 2000 should be your only place to go sign up at!

I was only a member of the gym for 2 weeks in which time I received the worst customer service experience ever!! The representatives expressed no interest to help just interest in gaining their fees. When trying to take advantage of services that came free with membership, everyone was reluctant to assist me except for the gentleman who signed me up, Cassie. On Feb 13, a representative from their office contacted me and asked me if I wished for them to charge my card for the membership which had not been paid. I advised the rep that I did not wish my card to be processed due to my dissatisfaction with their service and that I was no longer a member of the gym. Three days later, they charged my card for $78. I called them 3 times that day and was finally told I had to wait and call on Monday. When I called Monday I was told to call back to speak to someone else. Finally, Ms. Wright refused to provide me with the adjustment saying that I did not follow the proper procedure to cancel my contract and that I owed them. While trying to express my dissatisfaction she showed no remorse. She instead told me that I couldn't have possibly had such a bad experience in only 2 weeks of membership. If you are looking for someplace that will be rude and disrespectful to u then by all means join this club cause they got a lot of attitude. If u r already a member, cassie is the best person there.

This is a great place! Don't listen to any of the false fake reviews out there because I can tell you first hand that the club is primo! All I can say is join if you are looking. Phenomenal location, great staff and awesome club!!

I love Image 2000! The place is clean, has a great staff, the owner is a very nice guy who is always looking for the member's best interest and the location is convenient!!! my complaints are NONE! I just wish i had more time to spend at the club! Awesome place! It really doesn't get better than this club!!!

Wonderful Health Club, Wonderful Experience

If you’re looking for a great health club, I highly recommend joining image 2000/image planet health club in union nj. Ive been a member for 9 months now and I couldn’t be happier. I love image 2000 because its specifically for women. My favorite part of this place are the great classes that they offer. I love taking the zumba classes as well as the box aerobics. I feel more like im at a top knotch club than “working out”. The aerobic room is incredible. Theres enough room for 50 people. The stereo system is dynamite as well as the syncronised lights. The place is immaculately kept and I never find myself waiting in line to get on the equipment. The staff and trainers seem genuinely concerned in your welfare. Ive lost over 40lbs and I cant say enough good things about this place. This is the place to join.

Image2000/Image Planet in Union NJ Highly Recommend. I joined Image2000 health club for women in Union six months ago, and absolutely love the club. I've been a member of other clubs and there group class program at Image2000 is exceptional. I love the Zumba class. The class is held in a spacious room complete with an incredible stereo system and they even have computerized lights, which are synchronized to the music. I have over 40 classes to choose from. The cardio equipment and strength training, are state of the art. The locker room is luxurious and I feel like its my private oasis. This club is not just the best club in Union, but probably the best in the east coast. This is the place to join!!!!!

Stay Away From Easy Fitness With Jeannie in Union, NJ. You should know the following review is about Easy Fitness with Jeannie Studio in Union, NJ. I too was a member

of this studio and agree 100% with MariaPia. The Studio is way too small and is in the basement of an apartment building.

I agree the instructors are so far and more on the order of a Lucille Roberts. Because the space is so small, the studio is way overcrowded and

for the amount of money, 35.00/mnth, you should be able to take a class. More importantly, the instructors should be good, and they definitely are not.

With all the options that are out there, I dont know why anyone would join this place.

Listen to your members!. We noticed on your facebook page that you are “Planning for an Expansion and you are looking for new instructors”

We hope when you say expansion you mean finding new space. The studio is too small and very claustrophobic. There are no windows except for the small window in the front. Because the ceiling is so low and the space is so small, you feel like you are in a basement.

We hope you “expand” to a more a suitable suitable location on ground floor with windows.

Thank God you are also advertising for new instructors. I have been taking class for over ten years and your instructor’s seem to be beginners and not very challenging. Because you only offer classes with no cardio equipment, no locker rooms or showers. The classes should be top shelf. They are not. For the money you are charging $70 dollars to join and $35 dollars a month, you need to move the club to a more suitable location and use the money we are paying you to hire a decent instructors.
