Ron was straight forward and direct with the available stock and prices. He did not pressure us to choose the better equipped model; he simply took the time to explain what was unique or special about it. His approach sealed the deal and we ended up with the better equipped model not based on his suggestion or deal pressure, but based on his knowledge of the product. We knew what we wanted and had a price in mind to pay, so we worked from there and VIP accommodated us to the fullest extent.
Everyone was pleasant and I did not get the 'hard sale' push to make a decision right away. When I started visiting dealers I knew exactly what models and options I was interested in. Most of the dealers I visited wanted to sell me what they had on the lot. When I got to VIP Honda I had a good car buying experience because Brian listened to what I wanted rather than trying to tell me what I wanted.
