Sincere, Honest, Timely Service

I don't normally write reviews, however I was extraordinarily impressed with the professional service I received from EMS. I can be somewhat hard to please, as I am particular in how I like things done, and the electrician who came to my house really took the time to listen, and took his time in doing everything neat and clean, just as I had specified. The gentelman were courteous, and knowledgable, and I would recommend their services to friends and family. The quote I received was reasonable, seemed to be somewhere in between other quotes I had received, but the service was well worth the price I payed. Thank you EMS for not making a hack job out of my walls, and for caring about the appearance of my home! It's much appreciated!

Not timely. Dont clean up after themselves. Always requesting more money because the original quote was underbid. Use a referral from a friend before trying these guys.

Job done back in Nov. 2006. Not timely. Dont clean up after themselves. Always requesting more money because the original quote was underbid. Use a referral from a friend before trying these guys. Managers keep changing, workers and managers and customers not on the same page. Communication is lacking and it seems they arent that well adapted to giving quality bids on jobs. I had just a couple of fans installed and had them change out my Central AC unit along with adding a few outlets. Pretty straightforward job that went all over the place and back again.
