Brad was fantastic! A different plumbing company came and threw up their hands when the job got difficult. They just said " we're done" and left before the work was completed. But Brad was patient, professional and did a great job installing and reinstalling a sink and faucet. He had to correct the previous bad install. The job was correct, he left the kitchn clean and was a really nice young man.

The gas boiler in our recently purchased home would not start and our whole house was cold. I called Papalia and Keith was here in one hour, problems diagnosed and solved in two hours. Beyond that, Keith kindly taught me a lot about our heating system. Superb and courteous customer service. I will use Papalia in the future and am happy to recommend them to others.

Once again I was impressed by the quality of your service. Each time I have had a problem, your response has been fast, efficient and all the service personnel have been very courteous. I especially like talking to a real person when I call with a problem - not leaving my name and number and hoping someone will get back to me.

I think signing up for the yearly maintenance check was one of the best things I have ever done. I hope my friends will take my advice and do the same!

I have been using Papalia Plumbing and Heating for several years. I have had my air conditioning and hot water heater replaced with new, more efficient equipment. Each of these jobs was completed with excellence, on time and on budget. I used Papalia now exclusively for all my heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs.

We've had Papalia do significant work over the past six months -- new water heater, sump pump, furnace repairs, pipe replacements. We could not be more impressed. They are responsive, professional, and reliable. Before sending a technician, they make sure they find the right person for the job. And the same technician stays on the job from start to finish to make sure that one person knows everything about the project and can explain it to you in simple terms. They are available 24 hours a day -- which was essential when our furnace went down on a Sunday morning in the winter. And they follow up after every project -- no matter how small. Their prices are not cheap, but we have decided that it is worth it to get the job done right with a company that will be accountable. I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
