VERY UNHAPPY!!!. 3 years after we files a law sute they still did us wrong. The first year WE turned in the paperwork from the Dr. that I needed surgery. Come to find out they did not turn it into the insurance company. I was waiting on the money to have the surgery. In the mean time I was deployed to Iraq and let the Lawyer and my wife to handle the law sute. By the time they turned in the surgey 2 years later YES 2 years later the insurance would not pay for the surgery. Everytime someone called they had a different number and story than the person I talked to 2 days before. No one ever knew what was going on. They even acted like they did us a favor. Still not sure what that favor was because we are having to pay for a surgery. Then they did not even get me all my lost wages back and no pain and suffering. They did not even get the full amount of the policy. They are very rude and the lawyer even screamed at my wife. When she call the main office they acted like it was no big deal. They take your money but dont get you money. This was a motorcycle accident and I am left with a messed up hand and more bills to pay. I hope this saves someone from being in the same situation. They will promis you the world and give you nothing!!…
