NICE JOB. n November, my nearly 15 year old shih tzu had suddenly taken ill, and the kind folks here told us to come in right away. My dog died in my arms as we pulled into the parking lot. Both the sig-oth and I were total, blubbering wrecks. They showed us the most compassionate kindness, respected our privacy, gave us the time we needed to grieve, and did not take advantage of our compromised emotional state.…
Difficult situation. We came in for a late emergency visit and the staff here was wonderful. I would make this my regular vet if the prices were better. The vet did a wonderful job and was very compassionate about our difficult situation.…
great staff. Very attentive I've tried 3 vets in this city, and Town and Country is the best, particularly with geriatric issues. They are kind, smart, available, and could have talked me into anything to try to save my beloved 17 year old cat. They helped me to see when it was time to let go, and gave us the respect and dignity that we both deserved. I will be forever grateful to them.…
Good job. EVERYONE that works there cares so much about the animals and will do anything it takes to make them feel comfortable and at ease. Also, the owner is a wonderful person. She takes the time and money to help strays with private training lessons, boarding, food, everything, even if the stray is a bit aggressive. If you have cost concerns, they will try to work something out with you. I love my dog with all my heart and for me to say I am 100 percent comfortable with leaving her there and trusting in the doctors and staff is a big deal.…
great service. I have only been here twice but so far both visits have been great and I am sure will continue to be.
