Tips for Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Poor service. Strike Three!!!!! Third time. Was able to get them out after haggling with there superviors. To tired now! They are unable to keep appointments as scheduled. Supervisors and Technicians and call center have poor communication. If you speaking with a technicaian, usuall indicate they have the technicians, but the company doesn't want to pay them. Supervisors and call center are full of the typical TQM assurancequotes. It don't work for me. I scheduled a time. Save your money on any service plan,, it doesn't get you to the top of any list or any better service.
