One happy Vw owner. I recently purchased a new Volkswagen at Colonial VW of Medford , The buying experience was both professional and pleasant. I wanted a particular color and model equipped with certain options & accessories, I was fortunate to be assisted by sales consultant Jeff Cohen, who was very knowledgeable about VW, Jeff got me exactly what I wanted.

The deal I received was better than I had anticipated, During the whole process I felt like I was working with friends, the sales Manager Ken made the price negotiating simple, Anna the Business Manager, explained my warranty & financial options in a forthright and professional matter, the paperwork was a breeze.

When I picked up my new car, Jeff went over my new car with me and patiently answered my questions. My car was waxed with a full tank of gas and an inspection sticker. Thanks ! Colonial

A great car buying experience!. Robert C. our salesman was fantastic! He was VERY knowledgeable and very professional. We visited four different dealerships and spoke with a lot of salespeople, he was head and shoulders above the rest. He got us the right car at the right price. It was a no hassle experience from start to finish, even filling out the paper work with Anna who made sure we did not leave any old records in our trade in car in case of identity theft.

GTI love. Mike Kingsley helped me get into the GTI of my dreams. It was a no hassle no pressure experience. I got a great deal and they went out of their way to make sure I got car exactly how I wanted it. I will would recommend this place to anyone. I know I will definitely be coming back.

Simply the best.. The best experience I had from any dealership while looking for a car.

I was not rush! Chris took the time to know me first before even showing me any car. The financial department was on cue and on top on getting me the BEST RATE available. From Chris, Anna to Erica, everybody was knowledgeable and friendly. In 4-5 star hotel, customer satisfaction is priority one, the same concept applies to the Colonial VW of Medford.

Oh, did I mention I had a courtesy pick up from my house in Chelsea and that was just the 2nd visit to dealership They will go the extra mille to satisfy their customer.

Great Place to Buy or Lease a Car. Sales staff and financing dept are the best. I traded 2 Mercedes in for VW's in the last 2 months. I leased my 1st VW from Colonial in 2009. The service dept has been on time and friendly on every visit. Never needed to bring the car in except for the free service. During my last 2 leases I had check their quotes at other dealerships and was pleasantly surprised that the best price was the first price from Colonial.

Great buying experience for me. I had a great experience with these guys. It's been ages since I bought a new car, and I was worried I was going to get hassled and rushed (and indeed we were hassled and rushed when my wife and I checked out Subarus at City Subaru). We worked with Mike Kingsley, who was very straightforward and calm throughout the whole process. His attitude was that the car would sell itself, and he didn't need to give us the bum's rush. Once we decided to buy, we got a nice deal on the trade in. Anna also was really helpful arranging the financing and taking care of the paperwork.
