management let us down. Our family made a reservation for dinner for 12. The evening was a disaster...poor service, terrible food.It was my sister's birthday, her first wothout our Dad who passed away and we were all struggling with him not being there with us. The wait staff had to be flagged down at every turn.The worst part was the reservation was for 6 p.m. and the meals were brought to us at 7:45 !!! It was terrible.

We asked for a full refund and we were gived a THIRTY dollar gift certificate to come back??? That aint happening. The meal was so bad and so late that we had to immediately box up our Mom's meal so she could get back to "the home" before her caregiver showed up.Bad experience all around.…
