Stopped at a pull off, walked down to the rivers edge,and stuct our toes in the COLD mountain river. Skipped rocks, played in the river and basked on the rocks at rivers edge. Enjoyed 2+ hours of Natures Finery.....very tranquil.

We rented a canoe for an easy trip down the river. Prices were reasonable and we had a blast, but I will mention a couple of things... The river is shallow in places, rocky in others with fallen trees just below the surface. If you haven't taken a canoe down a river before, I suggest you google some canoe steering basics as none were provided and it took about 30 minutes to figure out what we were doing. There were quite a few characters around the campgrounds, so just keep paddling.

The great Saco river , crystal clear river that runs through the white mts of NH . Pull over and take a swim , break out the fishing pole , pack a picnic basket . Yep this is a river frozen in time . A great place to spend a summer day ! A nice place to have a picnic ..... The water is soooo clear ! The waterfalls that grace the walls of this river will amaze you ! Don't miss this when traveling to the Conway area of NH .....

Have traveled the river a few times, tandem Kayak, friends had canoe and tubes what a great day, alot of fun.

"Our family has been taking trips with Saco Bound for the last 12 years. We have done their single day excurtion and multi day trip also.The times that we have done the trips over the years has varied (spring, summer, and fall). However Saco Bound has always provided us with great professional and timely service. Our kids favorite trip is the 1/2 day """" Pig Farm' trip. Which along with crystal clean water, offers great beaches to stop and have lunch on.

This year we are trying their tubing trip, which friends have said is a fantastic time."

These guys are great! Took the fam for a three hour, 7 mile float. The river is so clear and there are beaches everywhere. The staff was courteous and well informed on condition and what was best for canoeing with the kids. They personally fit each child with the appropriate sized life vest. Nice touch. Definitely be back.

These guys are great! Purchased a high end life preserver from them last year and when I took it for the first time this year I noticed the zipper was broken. They replaced the entire life preserver with newer model at not charger. Customer service like this is hard to finde these days.....Kuddos to the staff at Saco Bound!

Just wanted to let you know that I received my skis yesterday!! Very impressive delivery. No problems with them and they are currently at my local ski shop getting ready to have the bindings mounted.
