Horrible customer service. Pros: low prices, pretty extensive granite selection, fast turnaround. Cons: 1. everything is extra money, including some edges that are standard in other places 2. they require 1/2 money upfront during templating and the rest with bank check at the time of delivery before installing, which means if something goes wrong, you're stuck, they have your money, you can't cancel bank check.

Unfortunately things went wrong with our granite. They've used every trick in the book, including intimidation tactics to make us accept their mistake. We went through a lot with them before they corrected their mistake. I regret using their services, savings were not worth the aggravation. I would not recommend them to anyone.…
