Nice location, average motel

This is basically an average motel with a few nice perks - beach across the street (free use of canoes, kayaks, etc), large indoor pool, adjacent restaurant. Rooms were nothing special, fairly clean but noisy. Doors didn't seal out hallway noise at all and the pipes were rather gurgly!

Felt it was a bit pricey for the time of year - just under $100

• Pros: Lovely view of lake from some rooms, large indoor pool
• Cons: carpets were old, pipes made noise, doors let in hallway sounds
