Took my dog here for the first time last week to get him groomed and they did an excellent job. He looked beautiful and I could tell he wasn't stressed at all, which has happened in the past at other places.

Very nice atmosphere here with Birch Hill Kennel they are very friendly and happy to always help us out, I recommend this place based on my own experience and how well I always get treated as the owner of my dog Laila. Thank you to everyone here in Birch Kennel and I am proud to be a member.

good job. Overall they were extremely professional and I loved reading the report cards with notes for each day we were gone upon our return. I will definitely be using them in the future!

great service. They go above and beyond with their treatment towards the dogs to make sure they have a great experience. My 2 dogs cannot wait to run through the door and play with all the dogs.

Lovely. We took a tour before we left Buster here for a weekend a couple of weeks back. My wife and I were struck by how clean and nice the facility was. It does not smell like a kennel at all and the pets seemed to be very content and well taken care of. It was a big relief to see when we had to leave Buster for the first time.

Good job. Lucy was very comfortable in her private kennel. This was very important because she does not always get along with other dogs. We went to visit her and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.
