cleanings are under acceptable. Every time except one I had to call them and have them redo the service. They will really rip you off because they will give you the spill that they will alway make it right but it should be done right the first time. It is unacceptable that you have to call every single time and have the service redone. I did give them multiple trys to see if the service improved but it never did and to top it off when I cancelled my service they charged me a cancellation fee of $150.00. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Worst Maid Service in Nashville

Cleanings are barely acceptable. Had to call back on two different occasions for simple things like wiping down the kitchen sink. You will think the prices are reasonable, but they should be lower since the service is so bad. The management is difficult to work with and will change times and dates on you last second. If you have a busy schedule, DEFINITELY avoid. I just cancelled my service because the male manager used rude and inappropriate language with me. My advice, pay the extra not to have to deal with it.
