Spider Bite Rocks. I came here for my first professional tattoo last week.....to say the least, it was an awesome experience. Jeff did mine and my sister's tattoos. He was awesome....love his style! The shop was very clean which is definitely a big thing to look for. I also got my tragus bar switched out. They had a huge selection of jewelry...much bigger and MUCH nicer quality than i've seen in other places. Prices are relatively cheap as far as jewelry goes....$25 for a bar (including them putting it in for me). As for the rest of the staff, they are incredible...didn't catch the guy behind the front desk's name, but he was awesome. Very nice and helpful, and if he didnt have an answer, he made sure to get it from someone else. I keep seeing reviews from people saying that it's dumb to have all of these services in one shop (hair, nails, limo service, tanning, tattoo and piercing) but why not be marketable?! Myself being a hairdresser, I find it incredibly smart to have a hair salon as a part of a tattoo shop.....someone could easily spend a day there....get some new ink, a manicure, tan and get a haircut. Sounds like a good way to spend an afternoon to me! Regardless, his place is awesome. If you are in the Manchester area, it is ABSOLUTELY worth checking out. I'll be back next month for my next tattoo :)…
Don't waste your time. Bill was unprofessional and rude. He made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that he might not be the most friendly person, but checking his watch and huffing and puffing does not make a person make a decision any faster.…
not worth your troubles.
Bill was rude and impatient. He had written down the wrong appointment time for me and was backed up when I arrived at the correct time.
When I was unsure of the placement of my tattoo stencil and talking about putting another stencil on he grew impatient. Then when I knew it didn't look quite right, and asked if I could wear the stencil home to test it out, he demanded 100 dollars for his work and time. Although we waited for him for a good hour, we took about half hour of his time. 100 dollars a half hour would be outrageous for Picasso. He was so rude about it that there was no way I was sitting in that chair to get a tattoo from him then.
I had all intentions of coming back until he became so aggravated and rude. I paid the 50 dollars and then asked to speak the manager. She was nice, but said that I needed to pay the fifty dollars for his supplies. okay, the piece of paper and pencil for the stencil? She called over the owner.
After calmly telling me that I was wrong and Bill was right, he said that I have to understand that this is a business. I said "I understand that, I have my own business and this is not good business."
I felt as if Bill did not care what his worked looked like on me and did not care if I was happy or not. The only thing he cared about was the money he would get out of me ...tattoo or not. I should have known not to go here. I know no one who has gotten work done here. I should have driven the 2 1/2 hours to go to a friend of my boyfriends. He always asks customers of they are happy and sure they want it done. It is going to be on your body for the rest of your life, not the tattoo artist's. I will never go back to spider bite for a tattoo.
I did get my tragus ring switched and the girl that helped me was very sweet and helpful. Bill on the other hand is cocky and rude!…
