terrible ribs and steaks. My wife and I ate at this establishment a month or so ago and i still have a bitter taste in my mouth about the food.

I had ordered their ribs that in the menu said they were fallin off the bone when in reality I had to cut the meat off the bone with a steak knife.

My wife ordered a t-bone steak medium and ended up eating a well done steak.

When we had very politely asked to see a manager the server said the manager was busy speaking with another customer and would would be over in a few minutes. She then asked me if she could get us anything. I answered in a calm tone of voice and simply said we didnt get what we ordered and we wanted them to either fix the problem or refund our money. The server said she would see if her manager was available and walked away.

My wife and I waited for another 20 minutes and then I went up to the bar and asked to see a manager once again. I spoke to a kitchen manager and the manager replied that is how we make our ribs and steaks. I suggested they change their menu so it doesnt say fallin off the bone ribs then and asked for a refund. The manager then said he wasent going to refund my order and insisted I pay for my nearly untouched food.

I paid the tab left no tip and simply said I will not rest untill the public heard my experience.

I suggest to everybody who considers this establishment to go elsewhere, there are three other establishments that I would recommend. Whisky Creek, Ruby Tuesday, or Applebee's.
