The WORST cleaning service in NJ, keep away!. This has to be the most unprofessional cleaning company I have ever come across. First off the "Manager" Sandy constantly lying to me and even her own staff. I don't totally blame the staff for terrible timing such as not showing up to work or showing up hours late. These issues were all due to the "Manager" and her scheduling mishaps. There were so many problems and some very severe such as someone going thru my medicine and another where staff left my 5yr old's 2nd fl window wide open. I wish I could tell you all the problems with this place but something simple like cleaning toilets is not going above and beyond. Their cleaning services were constantly inconsistent, staff is horribly inefficient and management is truly a joke. Honestly don't know how this place is still in business.…

Avoid this company like the plague!!!. Clean your house yourself and save yourself the money and a headache! Management sucks! Never received a call confirming and when I called I wasn't on the calendar. Two women show up, fail to dust the two most prominent pieces of furniture in the house, rummage through my cabinets and help themselves to a sleeve of crackers from an unopened box and a swig of milk from a new, unopened container. To add insult to injury, they broke one of my stove top burner grates and put it back like nothing happened. Oh by the way, "management" sent an email to Rick the proprietor and I haven't heard back. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them.…

Maid Work Ok, Management Not Good. The actual cleaning of the house was pretty good but the management was really bad. If I needed to interact with the manager for any reason, to switch the cleaning to another day or to add some deeper cleaning one week, there would ALWAYS be mistakes. That would require a couple of calls to get a response and the manager always would be apologetic saying it was her mistake, that she didn't tell the housekeepers what I had asked.…

HORRIBLE. If I could give this company ZERO stars I would... I hired them & the 2 maids failed to clean 2 out of 3 of my bathrooms. During the cleaning process the one maid complained the ENTIRE TIME about how exhausted she was & how she was tired of working 7 days a week. On top of that they left their step ladder & 1/2 of their cleaning supplies behind in various spots in my house.

I emailed the company & only received an email 2 weeks later. The manager was SO apologetic & asked if I would give them another try if they discounted the cleaning.

I agreed & set up an appointment for 2pm. 3 days prior to my appointment the manager called & asked to move me up to 1pm. Not a problem I said...

The day of the cleaning, 1pm rolled around, 2, 2:30, 3, even 4. I called the office three times & only received a call back the next morning @ 11AM.

This is completely unacceptable & deems them to be unreliable in my book. Spend the extra buck & go with a reputable cleaning service ladies!!!…
