Do not use this company they will ruin your day. Limousine that we rented for our wedding was dirty inside and outside, glasses were dirty, there was crushed food on the floor and limo smelled like vomit and cigarettes. It was so terrible that we didn’t want to take any picture with the limo but my photographer took pictures of the dirty limo for proof. Run the other way and use any other company but them.

Cancelled on us last second, and awful customer service.. Not a good experience with this business. Please read the online reviews before booking your service with them. We were cancelled on just weeks prior to a wedding, and were told they accidentally "double-booked" the date even though we had booked it a year ago! I guess we were the unfortunate ones who were selected for cancellation. To make matters worse, we were treated poorly throughout the entire process, and the owner made it seem like last second cancellations were just business as usual, and he couldn't understand why we were upset. We were offered no assistance or compensation in order to find another bus for the wedding. Just think twice about booking with VIP, unless you are okay with the possibiltiy of a last second cancellation.

The best limo experience!. We hired VIP Limo for an evening out on the town to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had a limo bus. It was was perfect for out night out. It was very cool on the inside, everyone loved it. The driver was super friendly.
