Not ever going back!!!

My husband and I went to this Applebee's a few weeks ago and were told we would have a 15 minute wait. No problem...until we noticed three couples who arrived after us, and waited, were seated ahead of us. I think there was a new person working the door, and somehow she skipped over us. When my husband nicely approached her and asked where we were on the list, she acted very confused, then said the others seated before us had agreed to a "tophat" table that surrounds the bar. He informed her we would have also accepted that type of table, but were never asked. My husband spoke briefly to the manager who could have cared less. We left and have not returned...even though we live only a few blocks away!
