Don't expect good customer service here!. I'm really frustrated by the Dominos on 156th & Maple. I ordered pizza for the kids @ my church recently and the kids complained that it was too spicy, so when I called to ask for the refund guarantee that's on the box, the lady manger refused stating that they do not ever give out refunds at this store, interesting. The lady stated they would send out a new pizza, but I explained that by the time it got there the class would be over and it would not be eaten, then she said she would give us credit for the next time, but I said it was the first time we tried Dominos and unfortunately it will be the last. She was very rude and refused to give a refund. I called back on Wednesday and spoke with the other manager or store owner, still not sure on that one, and he was just as rude and hung up on me. Long story short, I had to file a complaint with the BBB and I called corporate this morning and they are sending out a check for the amount paid. I mean, come one, really - it was only $12.88 - not worth the hassle for the $5.99 deal!
This Domino's has lost a long-time and 1st time customer.
Don't plan on delivery with this Dominos. . .
I am a first time customer - and decided to place an order tonight. I am shocked by what happened. The initial problem occurred on our end as the online order had address/phone number errors - single digit mistakes - and once discovered we called the store to clarify. I had payed credit so they had already received payment, and simply wanted to know if I would receive my service or money back.
The man who answered was rude, aggressive, and verbally abusive. He then hung up on me without resolving anything - 2 times! He said he was the manager, refused to give me his name, taunted me regarding a credit for the money paid.
Flustered, I had my friend (a long-time customer) who suggested Domino's, call back. She was greeted with the same response and he refused us any help. This kind of behavior out of a "manager" is unacceptable.
I hope anyone planing on a meal here never has to deal with such hostility. In one fail swoop, this Domino's has lost both a long-time and 1st time customer.
I will take my services to more customer-friendly establishments from now on.
