Is this customer service?.
Called on Saturday for service help with malfunctioning furnace (they are the closest option geographically). Was told service calls were not done on Saturday. My information was taken and I was told I MAY be able get assistance the following Monday but WOULD be contacted at the very least. After not hearing from them on Monday, I tried contacting them multiple times. Nobody in the office, and their voicemail box was full, leaving me unable to leave a message. Finally got someone in the office to answer, and was told that they are so backed up with work and currently only servicing items they installed (not me). Thanks for leaving me hanging. Told the person about the full voicemail box. He sounded indifferent. Luckily, I didn't simply wait around until I got a hold of them (December in North Dakota). I was actually calling to tell them that the issue had been resolved. I hope others here are lucky enough to not have to rely on their service ability.
