RIBFEST 2002. I was visiting from Denver for the weekend for a friend's baby christening (congratulations, Maxwell!). After much anticipation, a few of us headed to the Fargodome for the 7th annual Ribfest. I seriously had the best time there eating all the food I possibly could.
