The shoes to be re-heeled were supposed to take a week.

After four weeks and three more visits to their filthy and incredibly disorganized shop I finally asked for my shoes back. One brother seems pleasant, but the other brother was outrageously rude to me. The more pleasant brother followed me out of the shop to apologize for his brother's rudeness and explained that it was a problem for him because his brother was so rude to so many people.

It would be less effort and frustration just to throw shoes in need of repair away than deal with these people again.
