Great service at Affinity. My dogs love it at Affinity Retreat. We go for both daycare/boarding and grooming. It's great. It's like a second home for my babies.
AWFUL. I made the mistake of boarding my dog here twice and i will NEVER make that mistake again. The first time I was pleased until he came home with a smell to him- even though i requested and paid for a bath before he left. He also was very possessive and aggressive regarding his food. He growled whenever anyone came near him while he was eating- this never happend prior to his stay at affinity. The second time i sent him with almost a Full bag of science diet, upon his return (after 4 days) it was almost empty. Further the worker charged me double of what he origianlly said and when I attempted to contest it he stated" with as bad as your dog was I should charge you even more." I attempted to contact the owner by phone and he dodged me for weeks, sent a formal letter- no response. I even went into the store once and the owner pretended to be someone else. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Please think twice before sending your pets here! Hattiesburg has wonderful vets who offer boarding and a bath for much less with much more concern and care for the pet. IN my opinion these people care about Money and Not animals.…
