Service department here is really incredible. The selection here is also really something to take into consideration!! Really great dealership!!
Watch out for the service department. They no longer have a Master mechanic but charge master mechanic prices. The worst part is that the mechanics they have don't know what they are doing. When a mechanic fails to secure a tire that is bad. And then to lie to the customer and say it just wasn't sitting correctly. Or to tighten an emergency brake so that it is always engaged is beyond belief. The return rate for serviced vehicles there is extremely high. And hopefully you don't need parts ordered. Half of the time they forget to order them or use them for someone else and then use the excuse that the part is back ordered. There is a different price for parts depending on who the customer is, the excuse there is that they need to make up for missing inventory so the parts people change the markup when they feel like it and this is what Dan Mullins himself wants them to do.

Service was great as always. The service department is very organized, on time and thorough in completing all their services.
I always receive an email and a phone call reminder regarding upcoming appointments.
Everybody is very cordial when I arrive at the dealership.
Service is completed in a very timely manner so I always know that it's "not" going to interrupt the rest of my day.

Satisfied in Service!. I drove in at the last minute and I had a noise I was sort of concerned about in my Armada. Although I didn't have an appoinment, they addressed my concerns, and got right on it. Their Service Manager, Jimmy Toombs, visited with me. I was rather impressed as how he listened, looked me directly in the eye and everything was handled better that I could have hoped for. Luckily, it was just a belt and it was due anyway. This was a nice change from past experiences that I've had at other facilities. Even though I didn't buy my SUV there, it didn't matter, they treated me like I did and they didn't over-charge me! I also found out they can work on my "work" car, a 2001 VW Jetta as I will schedule a tune-up on it there here pretty soon. I highly reccomend this dealership as others waited on me while I was in the waiting room and so helful and polite. I never see this kind of service or polireness anymore and it was so refreshing to see it here-if you want service or a vehicle, I encourage you to try this place. Next time I trade my vehicle, I definately will be at Dan Mullins first.

Beat the deal. should have came here first, they beat a deal from another dealer, on a Pathfinder. Sales staff very friendly!!
