I just wanted to say "thank you" to Jacob Grant P.M. for your willingness to work with my husband and I. We definitely aren't the type to cause problems but after having issues right off the bat we were nervous about the kind of response we were going to get from the property manager. Fortunately you all were helpful and got a maintenance man out to us right away. Problem is fixed and it's such a relief knowing we can count on you guys to take care of us, thanks again! We look forward to the next year and maybe even more...

They have an awesome web site! Navigation is very easy. Love the videos of the walk throughs. The camera work is smooth and easy to follow and they descriptions are detailed. I appreciate how they've made renting such a stress-free and pleasant experience.

Saved us a lot of money on some recent bids for maintenance work. We also had two vacant units at the same time and they got them rented quickly. Very happy about that. Overall they're doing a great job. They have really shown us how important a good management company can be and proven that hiring them was the right choice.
