I really like being close to campus. I don't have to wait for a bus. I can just walk 5 minutes to class. Appalachian Management has been good to work with. No complaints here.

Rented from them last year and will probably do that again next year, but getting an apartment closer to campus this time. Don't have any complaints except trying to find their office.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They promise to complete work orders and they never do. They never return phone calls. Appalachian Management is not in the business of renting apartments, they are in the business of taking advantage of hardworking college students. My husband and I rented from them for almost two years and we heard lie after lie. I had to move for work and they (for lack of a stronger way to put it) did their best to screw us over.

Can't find a better deal this close to campus. Haven't had any problems. My neighbors had a leak but it was fixed the same day.

So far my experience with App Management has been great. They even remind me when my rent is do on Facebook. Everyone there has been really nice. My apartment is great. I'm just hoping I can get into Kingswood next year because it's soooo close to campus.

Movin on up!. I'm FINALLY getting off campus next year, and I can't wait. If you're a student, get outta the dorms ASAP! I told them how much rent I could afford and Appalachian Management Service helped me find a cool place that meets Mom and Dads budget, and I can walk to campus, so I won't have to worry about parking.

Nice people at the office. My roommate and I just signed a lease with App Management and the people at the office were super nice. They helped us find a place to rent taht met our needs and our budget.

A Quick Fix. The people who live above me had a leak in their water heater a few weeks ago and it was dripping through my ceiling. I just called the office and they had a maintenece guy come and fix the problem the next day. It was a lot quicker than I expected them to fix it.

Location, location, location. I really like the location of my new apt. I’m a student at ASU and I can walk to campus, but if I don’t wanna walk, there’s a bus stop just a few feet from my front door. I’m glad I don’t have to pay for a parking pass on campus. Those are expensive.
