I was very unhappy with this dealership, moving here from PA, trading a full loaded Nissan Titan and being talked into a Dodge Caliber. Having explained of circumtances in past and being given a extended warranty for $2700 plus added to a loan. The whole sale/trade in was to their benefit. I have been working hard to pick up MY life and they preyed on my circumstances... even trying to re- plate the car in PA when my address was here in the Carolina's. I talked to two other car dealerships and learned the above, and will never go back near or hear tell of any of my friends deal with them.
ALAN i bought a new ram 1500 sport truck from steve white the doors had bondoe the size of basket balls on them,steve white motors said they would fix it,after 1 yr not 1 call from them,i called every week but nobody knew anything so i took it to court and won,steve white said to me not to bring the truck back for service or any other thing but they keep mailing me service request forms and recalls so just to see if they would service the new ram 1500 4x4 with the extended warranty they said steve said get that truck off his lot,dont slowed down when you go by this place i now speed up.
Best Deals Ever. First of all I would like to say that Mike Taylor is a awesome salesman, he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and to get us the best deal!!! Everybody there was nice and I would definetly do business with them again!!! I bought a 2010 Ford Explorer and I absolutley love it.
Wasted Money. Bought a used Dodge Dakota one year ago. They sold me a supposedly bumper to bumper 3-year extended warranty which turned out to be no good. Truck needs the manifold gasket replaced and warranty does not cover. Right after purchasing the truck took it back because the universal joint was popping they couldn't find anything wrong with it, brought it home not fixed. Second time took it and told them the manifold and the universal joint needed fixing, brought it home again not fixed. They tried to charge 650.00 to fix what a warranty should have covered. Got a estimate for about a third of that but I still wasted $1800.00 on an "bumper-to-bumer extended warranty" that the salesman said was so good....WASTED MONEY...DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO AN EXTENDED WARRANTY
Very pleased with the service. I was very pleased with the service I received from this dealership. I found this car online and when I arrived to pick car up everything was ready and I was on my way home in a short amount of time. Everyone was friendly and willing to assist me. I would recommend this dealership for purchasing your next car.
Customer service was exceptional. I worked with Bush over the phone Easter weekend and he did whatever he had to do including settling on a very fair trade in on my car based on pictures, mileage, and carfax so I could drive up Monday and take care of the deal. The price was tremendous, Bush and Deon were extremely friendly and the customer service was exceptional. Two thumbs up!!

I emailed the dealership about a truck, got back to me the next day. Great price on the vehicle. They take real good care of the customer and even the owner will check that everything is okay. This is class, something that is not done anymore. Great prices

Very nice and easy. We drove 4 1/2 hours to get a vehicle we saw online. I am SO glad we did. Dean and the others we dealt with were very nice and easy to work with. The price of our SUV was by far a deal and the quality of the vehicle was excellent. The dealership was very clean and highly professional. Easy access in and out of the lot. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new car.

Best price for the new Jeep we bought in the East...No Kidding. We drove 400 miles to buy this Jeep! I have never had an easier transaction at a dealership. Guinuine at listening. Last week we purchased a 2011 Jeep Patriot. The salesman, Neil Bolch, was friendly and a geniune listener of our needs. He was very knowledgeable of the entire Jeep line and offered suggestions of options on various styles. He seemed more like a neighbor than a salesman we just met. The negotiations were handled in a dignified and courteous manner.
