Just right! Perfectly right!. When we first walk in there, we turned around. it was small and we have never left our dog Charlie anywhere before. He was a rescue dog and was returned twice after he was adopted. We had no choice since it was a last to the minute trip and the hotel was extremely strict ant pet restriction. Well, amazingly when we took him there after a couple of barks he warmed up to Mr. Nelson and just went on. Usually he barks @ some stranger for a good while even when jogging if he doesn't like them. Well to make it short we were pretty sure the family owned business are ran by great pet loving people. When we got him he smelled good and his nails were trimmed without any problem with the trimmer. I definitely would not forget this place if I ever need a pet boarding place again when I come back. It is a pain in the butt to write a review, I never would do it even when I am extremely unsatisfied due to all the registering involved but because I was totally extremely impress by the way a my pet was handled, I just had to.. It can't be helped Mr. Nelson was totally knows what he was doing.
