Decent food, horrible service

I immediately got snubbed by the waitress who took another party's order first (they sat after me). She did not say hi or anything besides "what can I get you?" I ordered a sandwich and asked if it came with anything. "A side." I ordered fries. When the bill came, I got charged extra for it. She also spilled half a beer on my table. I complained when I went to pay the bill about the waitress and the extra fee. The girl at the counter left, then came back. "I'll pay for your fries." I said, "Wait a minute, let's talk to the manager about this." "I already did, and he told me not to take it off the bill. I'll pay for your fries, just stop yelling at me." I was incredulous. I never raised my voice to her. What a ridiculous experience I had at this place.
