Forget returns/exchanges!. My mother purchased some Toms shoes for me as a present from this boutique. I needed to exchange them for another size, even called to make sure that this would be okay without a receipt, the person said it was fine. To make a long story short, it was not okay, I actually did get a store credit, but shortly after had it revoked, because I had worn them once, as I had explained in the store, while the clerk was too busy fussing with me over the exchange policy to even bother looking at the shoes. So now I have to make the trip back to get my too small Toms! I will never shop at this store again.

not exchange-friendly.
I went to this store to exchange something I received as a birthday gift from a friend for a different size. The sales clerk was rather demeaning, even though she had all of my friend's purchase information in the computer.
I'm sorry to say that I will not shop there again.

I love it!!. I love the people that work there they are so nice and the goods are the best i love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
