Very helpful. I am from out of town (Texas) and needed some help with my laptop and did not know were to go. Best Buy was no help at all but they did tell me about this place. So I stopped by and showed them my issue with the laptop. Thinking and expecting to pay at least $100 and a week to fix it like Best buy had said I checked it in. The very next day I got a call it was done and the bill was $40. Next day service and only $40 what a deal! Jerry and Chris took good care of me.
