So far so good-office staff-more to come. My experience so far with this particular doctor's office was over the phone and going in to get the paperwork for being a new patient. The receptionist was respectful and courteous. I was referred by my primary care physician to this specialist's office and I called to make an appointment. I misspoke and told her that my doctor referred them to me and made her laugh. We scheduled an appointment and that was the end of it. She thanked me again for the well-needed laugh, and I hung up. I then went in to get an appointment card and she and I had another really nice talk and she also handed me the new patient forms for me to fill out at my leisure. Very courteous and nice office staff. That is the way it seemed to me.
