Best place to get your hair done!. I have been getting my hair cut by Lindsay for the past 12 years and have followed her to three different salons. I have always left there 100% in love with my hair!! Everyone there is great! open, friendly, and willing to help you with whatever you need. Customer service is amazing. Lindsay is extremely busy ALL the time, and she has even come in early to do my hair for me. Everyone compliments my hair and I tell them, "Go to Belle Vita." Not only do they cut and style your hair at an affordable price, but they make sure that you know how to style it on your own so you can keep your hair looking great. I love Belle Vita! I'll never go anywhere else.

Presicion hair cutting!. Bella Vita Hair Design has well trained stylists that cut hair with precision and technic comparable to top-notch big city salons. If you want a true "stylist" cutting your hair, or if you think your hair is difficult to cut, this is the place to try. Make sure you call well in advance for your appointment because, as can be expected with a popular salon, they are busy!

Beware of the customer service, the client is never right. went to Bella Vita for haircoloring. Have been seeing Bri. Great work. Then one day I had to reschedule my appointment and left a message on their machine. No call back for several hours. Called again left another message explaining that I wanted to reschedule appointment and I had left a message already. Within 5 minutes got a call from "Ashley", she reschedule appointment then told me that next time not to leave a "rude" message. I asked if she was manager she said no I mentioned that is right it is "Lindsey" and I will be coming in to talk to her the next day about "Ashley" comment.

Went in next day, spoke to "Lindsey". She had said that she spoke to "Ashley". Lindsey asked if I had made another appointment with Bri. I said I hope so, but I was not sure if Ashley did it. They looked in the computer, then Ashley came out of the back and yelled across the salon "her name is in there". I turned around, expecting an apology for what she said. Nothing from her. Lindsey was right there too. I left the salon feeling that the owner, Lindsey, condoned Ashley's verbal abuse towards me.

One hour later I received a message that they had a problem with my appointment and to call back. I called back and the receptionist "Trish" and told that Lindsey spoke to Bri and decided that I should go find another salon to my hair. I was "dumpfounded" to say the least.

I had done NOTHING wrong and Ashley was the one that was able to say mean words to a customer. What ever happened to "Customer Service". All I wanted to do was change my appointment and now I can't come back because of what happened with Ashley. And I am not even Ashley's client.

The salon is nice, but don't expect the customer to be backed up in anything. The owner will kick you out if you expect an apology.

I am posting my experience so you can beware.
