Take your business elsewhere. If you value your money, pride, and car, you will go somewhere else. Any place else. Allen is a crook and a jerk. He will rip you off and not think twice about it. On top of that, he will berate you. There are plenty of good transmission mechanics in Billings, but this guy is definitely not one of them.
