I am so happy that i choose dr. Diaz for my tummy tuck surgery. I have been very pleased with the overall experience from his initial consultation to post op surgery visits and my early results. His staff is always welcoming and very friendly and his office has a very relaxing serene atmosphere. I like the fact that Dr. Diaz really wants you to achieve the very best result. I saw a few plastic surgeons in both the Miami and Melbourne area and Dr. Diaz was the one who I felt understood me and was always available to answer my phone calls and emails (a gazillion of them). Never did he make me feel that I was bothering him or that my questions were silly. He has a very good bedside manner and is definitely a highly skilled PS. I would definitely recommend him for any surgical procedure.....thank you Dr. Diaz and staff!!! I can't wait to be completely healed and enjoy my new flat tummy! ~ Miami Fl

Fantastic Plastic Surgeon. I discovered a year and half ago that I was BRCA 1 positive. This important discovery began a long road of difficult decisions that I needed to make concerning my health. Once I decided to go forth with a double mastectomy with reconstruction to give myself the best possible chance of avoiding my breast cancer statistic, I knew the first thing I needed was a good plastic surgeon. Dr. Michael Diaz came into my life upon recommendation by my oncologist. In retrospect, I can’t imagine this journey without Dr. Diaz.

Dr. Diaz is a modern physician with the most up to date plastic surgery skills, combined with an old fashioned genuine concern for his patient’s overall well-being. When I walked into his office I was greeted by my first name and the staff was very caring and also discreet. They were attentive to my needs and happy to do their best in creating a stress-free environment. The patient-doctor communication is superb. How many doctors do you know today that will give you their cell phone number? To me, it felt like a safety net for anytime I felt like things weren’t right with my body. I could just call and be reassured or if need be, see him right away. Dr. Diaz became an important part of my life over the last 8 months and I consider him a trusted friend.

The results of my procedure surpassed my expectation. Dr. Diaz never made any promises accept to do his best work and always keep my end goal in mind. His explanation of procedures, possible complications, and possible results were always real and to the point. For a woman to be facing the loss of her breasts, a most intimate circumstance to be in, you hope and pray for medical professionals that will care enough to provide the best possible outcome for you. I am happy to say that Dr. Diaz created beautiful breasts for me, the next best thing to my own. My cosmetic results from the reconstruction are to be admired, and I highly recommend Dr. Diaz for any of your plastic surgery needs.

Dr Diaz...A Truely Gifted Plastic Surgeon !!!!. I am Lucky to have found a Plastic Surgeon that is as Talented as Dr Diaz. My results exceeded all expectations. Before, every question and concern was addressed down to the last detail. After, you will recieve care that is above and beyond. Dr Diaz and his staff were available at all times, including nights and weekends. You will not be dissapointed. I wasn't !!
