my experance. after purchasing the fence which was made incorrectly I returned it to be repaired and had to wait 1.5 months for them to do the repaires. During this time they would never answer their phone or get back to me after leaving a message. When they finished and returned it to me, it was still incorrect and the quality of the wood was bad. I now have a fence that looks bad and does not match the rest of the fence that I also bought from them. I will never do bussiness with them again. Poor quality, lousy communications run away!!!!!!
