Waste of Time

I was told they'd call me back in one hour. after five hours of waiting I called them back. They said they would call me back again; however, they never took my information. They had no idea who I was. I guess they don't want any business. With business these days being bad you'd think they'd want to make a sale. I am searching for a better dealership htat will at the least return a call.

I just wanted to thank you guys for your service last week, and let you know what a pleasure it was to work with you and everyone I came into contact with you at your dealership.
Going into it, I did not relish the car-buying process, but I have to say it was actually enjoyable to buy a car with Hubert Vester Honda. Y'all were straightforward and attentive every step of the way, and Ifeel like we ended up with a deal everyone could feel good about. Ihave always loved Hondas and know what great products they are, sowhen you add in great service it's an outstanding combination.
I dealt with five Honda dealerships through this process, and witheach one--except yours--there were times when I felt either thatpeople were not being honest with me or simply didn't care that muchwhether I bought a car from them. I had reservations about driving toWilson initially, but it was more than worth it both for the deal I got and the people I worked with.
