Terrible experience. First I didn't get the stress relieving scalp massage but instead this girl quickly swiped some oil on the back of my neck that burned during the entire appointment. I asked her for a trim. She sectioned my hair off so that she had about two inch wide section in the back, cut about two inches off and then proceeded to tell me she was done. First off I have no idea what she was thinking, secondly how tacky to try to send me off with wet hair. I then made the mistake of asking her to trim the rest of my hair. She for some reason cut a blunt line around the top half of my hair and told me she gave me layers. I told her I was not happy with it and she got another stylist to come look at it. The first thing the other stylist said was "oh wow." Ya it was bad. The other stylist did some to blend it in but really the damage was already done. Since, I expressed that I wanted my hair dried the girl did do it but she didn't put any product in my hair to protect it from the heat. Overall I am very unhappy. I've only had good experiences at other Aveda Salons but this one was a huge disappointment. One more thing the place was dirty. There were big clumps of hair around chairs that had no stylist in sight.

best haircut in years. frizzy,lots of volume,out control.........

I got a hair cut with the master $45,and very happy with the result,Michell did just what I wanted,didn't push for extra stuff or extra color ect ,nice talk,very discret, respect towards the costumer,didn't ask about my personal life or whatsoever,(which I hate from past experiences in other salons ) Did a good job on my hair I recomend this stylist and this salon.I will be back to her and by the way the aveda stuff just great,what a difference....
