Great Place to Shop.
I was planning a big party for my Dad's 90th birthday and knowing we would have over 200 guests,I wanted this done right. I was told about Party World by a friend in Plymouth NC. I live in Wendell
so Rocky Mount was on my way. I stopped by to look and was pleasantly surprised to have a friendly clerk quickly offer her assistance.The clerk and the manager were first class. They were very professional and helped me in so many ways. A special thanks to the owner/manager for his accommodations. They're much less expense than the other party suppliers and carry the same quality merchandise. I highly recommend Party World

Horrible Owner.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have a theory that the only reason people shop at Party World is because they don't know any better. Consider this a warning. The owner is not a reputable businessman.
I recently purchased items for a party that were not used. When I tried to return the items the next, well within the 10 day return policy, the owner refused to accept the items without giving any reason. When press for a reason, he said the packaging was dirty. When I pointed out that it looked the same as all the other items on the counter, he rummaged through and found one that was not quite as dirty as the others, and said that I should have bought that one.
I'd like to be able to give a better rating due to a store associate who referred me to another store where there was a better selection at a much lower price. Unfortunately, the helpfulness of one person does not make up for the owner's actions.…
