Amazing Place to Live. This place is Amazing, i love living in a luxurious apartment home, the pricing is great when searching location, every other place is older and has horrible rules. The office staff is always nice and they are there for you with all of your needs. I can tan when i want either by the pool or the free tanning bed. Rent somewhere else. If you desire peaceful,quiet living, then don't even bother. An employee described it as the worst built place he had ever lived.You can actually hear your upstairs neighbors urinating. I would only rent a top level apt because the noise from upstairs neighbors is unacceptable.Top level costs extra I believe. This place is definitely overpriced and should remove the "luxury" from its advertisement. They will charge extra for many things. In my case extra fees were mentioned at the actual lease signing when I arrived from out of state to move in.Cell phone service is of poor quality. I had to purchase a 250 dollar network extender to get acceptable service.There is often dog feces in the grass and on the sidewalk more often than it should be. There are many young students here so loud stereos and speeding throughout the complex is common. Do yourself a favor and shop around. For the price you can rent a nice house.…
