Irv at Raining Cats and Dogs was very knowledgeable. It looks like Raining Cats and Dogs is due for the review it deserves. I have never purchased an animal from a pet store before, always adopted. However, this time (many animals later), I needed a specific breed because I needed a hyper allergenic dog. Irv at Raining Cats and Dogs was very knowledgeable and educated me on the dog that would best fit our life style and allergy requirements. We ultimately purchased our dog from him at a more affordable price than I had seen from any breeder and Irv has counseled us many times since on the needs of our new family member - the healthiest and hapiest pet I have ever had by the way. Not only is he knowledgeable, he cares where his animals are placed, cares about what they are fed and how they are cared for.

The staff is friendly and helpful.. Yah, I know, I'm not suppose to buy a puppy from a store. Once I saw this sweet little mini schnauzer I couldn't resist. I thought it over for a week. I kept trying to talk myself out of it. I went back just to check on her. Welll......she is now a year old and the sweetest dog I have ever had. I'm glad I didn't take the advice of my friends. I love my sweet little Bella.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job at grooming my little girl.

Very personable. I go in this store every now and again to look at the animals as someday we will get a family dog. I finfd he owner very very personable and loves the animals and cares for them. He truly cares about the customer. I would highly recommend this store! Great customer service

i go there omost every day. I go there omost every day and i love it the takes such god care of there dog and the let u play with them . they have LOTS of supplies anything you need so go to raining cats and dogs to day

Glad to have them in my neighborhood. I have never bought a pet from this store, but I have been in numerous times with my two girl because they love to play with the puppies. There has never been any pressure to purchase a puppy, which I never had any intention of doing. I'm glad to have them in the neighborhood for supplies andm more than that, my kids love the puppies.
