Absolutely horrible experience with these people. The rentals are nice, but the people are incredibly--INCREDIBLY--rude to you. Showings were done as quickly as possible with little interest in whether or not you rented from them. Every time I spoke with them they treated me like I was an idiot, and they hurried me off as quickly as possible.

After the lease ended, my roommate and I made sure the house looked better than it had when we arrived (which was filthy, by the way), and they still took a huge chunk from our deposit for ridiculously contrived reasons. I will never rent from them again, and I advise--if at all possible-- DO NOT RENT from these people!

A great experience overall!. Overall we had a great experience overall working with Kirksville Home Connection. They really did a great job making everything so easy for us, and paid attention to all of the details. We felt they were on our side and we will definitely use them again.

An excellent home buying experience. We moved to Kirksville from St . Louis about 6 months ago. The majority of our family lives in Kirksville and we decided to move back closer to everyone. My brother-in-law recommended that I speak to Janice at Kirksville Home Connection several months before our move date to locate a new home. Janice was wonderful and helped us every step of the way. A great communicator she was and very knowledgeable she helped find us just what we were looking for. We cannot be more thankful for all of her help. Thank You so much!
