AWFUL!!!!. I would rate them negative stars if I could. I have never been so insulted in my life. The flowers were not what was promised, and the customer service was awful. DO NOT TRUST THEM. For the amount of money that we paid, the arrangement was a disappointment. The only offered solution, a $20 store credit, after being told my opinion was like a certain body part, and everyone has one! Do you really think I would ever walk in your store again? Shame on you. I am the consumer, my opinion of what I paid for does matter.…
