Best Care and Vets that we have ever worked with. I have taken both of my cats to Northland and am so pleased with the care that they give them. I have such confidence as they take the time not only to examine our cats but also are so gentle and knowledgeable in diagnosing just what was wrong with them. I also appreciate that they took the time to fully explain to us the problems that they were going through at the time. Their gentleness and time that they spent with our fur babies let us know that they fully cared not only for our kitties but also for the support that they gave us as worried pet owners. They have seen us through eye infections, ear problems and routine examinations. On two separate occasions our cats needed surgery and they called us immediately after the surgery was preformed and updated us on their progress. I would fully recommend Northland Clinic and I thank Dr.?s Olson & Barna for the excellent care that they gave to both Buddy & Who-de-nee. They are definitely the best Vets that I have ever worked with not only here in Copper Country but also in comparison with other Vets that we had used when we lived in California.

Great Vets and QUick Emergency Response. I have full confidence in both vets, and best of all, on two emergencies I got call backs within a few minutes even on a Saturday night. Both times they were able to give me excellent advice on what to do so I did not even need to bring them in, though they told me to call back if the dogs did not show the desired outcome and they would meet me in the office right away.

The staff are great; cheerful and helpful. The appointments are scheduled so you often are alone in the waiting room or maybe one other animal which cuts down on conflict and stress for the animals. I usually wait less than 5 minutes. Once, when they had an emergency I think it might have been 15 minutes.

It would be nice if things were cheaper, but I don;t think the prices would be cheaper else where. It is just the price of having older dogs that you care about.
