Greatest Experience ever. Came to my house on time to service furnace and was pleasantly surprised with the serviceman. He wore shoe protectors on my white carpet and repaired my furnace within 20 minutes for a reasonable price. Thank you Great Lakes Plumbing and heating.

MISLEADING. WAS QUOTED A PRICE. PLUMBER CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TOOLS AND WOULD HAVE TO RETURN WITH EQUIPMENT ANOTHER DAY AND EXPLAINED WHAT WOULD BE DONE. PLUMBER RETURNED DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE COULDN'T DO TWO DAYS PRIOR. DIDN'T DO WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD NEED TO AND WAS CHARGED FOR THE DAY HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AND CHARGED DOUBLE FOR JOB THAT WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED.
