Just what Bay City needed!

This is a nice mid-priced restaurant for family or friends to meet. Spend a day shopping at the mall and then go for dinner and drinks at Harvey's -- right across the road!
- Pros: Great location, live entertainment, unique menu items
- Cons: Not enough parking!
