Super Knowledgeable. And Caring. I wanted to take time to write a review for Venus Not only because I recommend them highly but because people rarely take the time to make a Good review.

I was recommened by a friend and I meet with Candy. Super sweet person and very knowlegable.

I have had several treaments and every time I go I leave feeling wonderful!!

I look awesome!! Thank You Girls!!

Ive been to various spas and I know what Im talking about. I recommend it to everyone. My husband even feels comfrotable enough to go. That is Saying ALOT

Do take my word on it ...or other ppl having a bad days opinion. stop by and say hi yourself.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Horrible Service!!! The worst place I have ever been to. The recepcionist treat customers as if she were doing you a FAVOR booking you or giving you an appointment. The people that are there I dont think are certified , because they honestly have no clue what they are doing. If I could I would stop getting my treatments there but unfortunatly I paid the full package and there are NO REFUNDS even if the fault is on them. They never have appointments. The place is filthy. They had no light for like a week. I regret choosing to get my treatment there sooo much ... please if you are thinking about going there rethink it. I promise you , you will not like the service. When you first get there and are intrested they are very nice and they promise you everything ... but wait until you pay and then you will get the service they really deliver. I hate venus med spa... it should be closed!!!!

dirty place, dirty bathrooms, dirty work areas, front door and lobby always dirty.

owner, manager and owner family members get priority service, clients wait. Don't be surprise if the manager or her relatives are getting their hair, nails or massage done before you" the client".

staff and management personal conversations are heard by all clients.

They don't track the clients services correctly,

All this is unfortunate because they have a variety of services that any client would like to find in one place
