The best Salon Ever.
Nicki is by far the best stylist I have ever been to in Greensboro. Very professional and very in tune with what I need as a customer. The staff is also great I really appreciate my weekly trips to the salon. Great Work ladies.

Wonderful service. This is a top notch salon! I initially went in for a bang trim (since I stopped going to my previous salon due to poor service who could not give me the haircut I wanted). I discussed my disappointment with the previous salon, and not only did I get a great bang trim... SHE GAVE ME THE HAIRCUT I WANTED! Highly reccomend!!
Consistent and talented. Indigo has a great atmosphere and talented people working there. I have been going to the salon for about two years now and I have recently started going to Nick. I am happy that I was able to find such a hip, elegant, and fun spirited salon - but most importantly, a professional who is dedicated to making the end result absolutely perfect. I always get the most compliments from friends and family when he cuts my hair as compared to other hair stylists. I absolutely love every haircut he has given me! Ask for Nick if you want an amazing haircut that will make you want to show it off to everyone!
Love it!. I have been a fan of Indigo since they opened in 1997. With life-changes I've had to "re-structure" my beauty budget, and Indigo has never wavered in making me feel welcome. I love getting high-dollar style that's in my budget by utilizing their new talent, and am never dissappointed. Diana takes care of my two young boys (4 and 7) with patience, and they get true style instead of some cookie-cutter-kid cut. I see her and come away feeling like a million bucks...a great boost for a tired mom!
inexperienced stylists, abysmal customer service. "Eh" is a rating too good for this salon. I went to indigo for the first time in december to get a trim and ombre color (dark at the roots and gradually gets lighter towards the ends). Took in several photos of desired color for reference--- two of the photos were of ME because I had this hair color before a few years ago. 3.5 hrs later, I walked out with color that was not only ombre but it wasn't anywhere near the dark, medium or light tones I'd requested. (I'd asked for warm, amber and golden colors and got cool ash tones instead). Got a big hassle trying to schedule a re-do the next week with a different stylist, but we finally settled it and I came in to have it fixed. This time the stylist I got was even LESS skilled than the first and I not only ended up with terrible color, my hair started breaking off the next day. I asked for a refund and was unable to get the manager or owner to return my calls or emails. Filed a claim with the BBB, which INdigo also ignored (they have a pror claim on their record with the same result--ignored). My credit card company is doing a charge back to get my money back but this whole thing has been pretty ridiculous. My assessment is that some of the stylists are inexperienced and not receiving regular training to keep up with current trends. And the manager and owner are totally hands-off. Horrendous customer service, worst 2 experiences at a hair salon that I've ever had in my 25 years of having my hair cut and colored at various salons throughout the states.
Avoid this Salon at ALL Costs!. I had my first and last visit to Indigo "THE" Salon two weeks ago and am still outraged at the mess of a hairstyle that Diana gave me. Not only did she rebuff the hairstyle that I wanted originally, stating that I would "hate myself" with it, she proceeded to do what SHE wanted with it and gave me the most hideous style I have ever received. Now I am stuck with a poofy do, with horrible bangs, that is not even long enough to be saved by a ponytail. She had this awful, "too cool for school" attitude, and gave me the most half-assed tour of the salon. Afterwards, she pushed all these over-priced hair products on me, and they do nothing to help with this mess. When I returned later that week to use my "new client free perks," she squinted at my hairstyle and told me to "keep practicing" with it. Never again will I return to this dump of a salon. What a bunch of poseurs.
AWFUL!!!!. I was SPECIFIC about the haircut I wanted. I even called ahead and asked if this razoring style was done there. I was assured yes. During the haircut I noticed the stylist Rachel Herrara did not do what I had asked. She assured me it would be great. Afterwards , I was displeased but didn't say anything. I got home and called them back and expressed my displeasure. They refused to offer me a refund and were NASTY on the phone. Sarcastic and rude. The woman said they do not offer refunds if you are upset ?!!? When I stated it wasn't posted in writing the manager snapped at me and told me it didn't have to be. Not as high end of a salon as I thought it would be. I suggest you go elsewhere. I called the Better Business Bureau and filed a formal complaint.
Best Hair Experience in a LONG time!. This place is wonderful! The salon is very modern and cleanly and the staff was extremely welcoming! Tasha did an OUTSTANDING job on my hair! She took the time to listen to what I really wanted and ran with it! I'll definitely be back on a regular basis! I've already recommended this place to all my friends. :)
need to focus on customer service. Good stylist and skin care specialist.
